I waited in line by a metal rack that had a sign on it saying "online orders here." When I got to the front, nobody said a word to me, all while helping the customers in the regular ordering line. I waited for a while, and then a guy walked right up to the counter and asked about an online order. They started to help then, and I spoke up and said, "I've been waiting in line for an order. Am I not in the right line?" They said, without looking at me by the way, "yeah, you're in the right line. "Finally, the manager walked through and told the crew they were just standing around while orders were ready and for someone to help me. The two crew members who put my order together asked me if "this was my order." I had no idea what was in the bags they were putting together, so I told them my name.The entire time I was there, nobody looked at me. It was weird, like Twilight Zone or something where I was invisible. Even when the manager referred to me, he never spoke directly to me.

Customer service is the absolute worst. I mean the worst. I'm placing my order and could hear the lady exhaling with an attitude after everything. They never have anything. I don't understand how these places want you to spend your hard earned money on pooer customer service and quality foodUpdate: I would like to add to my review. I had a doordash pick up tonight 3/27/2024. They did not have what the customer ordered. I asked the customer if they wanted to substitute. They did. While waiting, I hear one of the employees say, "She asking for too much." The employees here are the rudest I have ever encountered. I try to avoid picking up here as much as I can however it affects my ratings when I decline.

The food is great. Service could be better. I think consistent leadership and someone who knows how to manage and guide personnel could increase productivity. Too many times, this restaurant is not prepared to handle the customer requests either because of lack of preparation and projected need or lack of personnel. In either case, it counts as a loss, logistically. Secondly, each person preparing food with long and loose hair needs a hair net or a hair covering of some type!

This is the absolute worst Popeyes I have ever been to the staff was very rude. The girl at the window gave me my order wrong and then when I went in to let her know she got an attitude with me and then before she was about to make the new chicken she dropped the tongues on the floor and pretended like I didn’t see her and was going to serve me chicken with the dirty tongues, so I kindly asked for a refund and she had a attitude about that as well. I will never ever recommend this place to anybody, nor will I ever come back.. The ghetto smh

The food was amazing fresh and hot. The wait time was a little excessive but I did go in around rush hour plus the cashier added in a complimentary apple pie which was delicious lolWheelchair accessibility: Near the front entrance, easily accessible from the parking lot
Ordered $6.99 Leg and Thigh when i get home its a Breast & Wing…Everyone knows when you only like dark(leg & thigh) the white(breast & wing) just not the same.So I am stuck…?With a meal did not order and was not tasty?

popeyes’ food is good. we all know this. but the service at this location today was particularly horrible. being a manager for another business, i understand staffing shortages happen which means you have to wait longer. an item from my order was missing and the whole crew looked at me like i was crazy when i went inside to tell them. had to go back out to my car to get my order to prove that it was missing. and even after that they still looked at me like i was the issue, not just the associates, the manager on duty too. when you mess up, it’s fine, it’s about how you recover. absolutely horrible.

I always love my Popeyes! Never have to wait very long even when busy, chicken is ALWAYS fresh & delicious ?. I use the drive thru so I can't say anything about the atmosphere.
