We got the bacon burger and Texas burger. Prices are reasonable for what you get. It was a similar experience to five guys. Fries are great.

By far the best club sandwich I've had. Food was fresh and flavorful. Bread toasted just right. Manager Josh customer service was super!! Will definitely be back

Best burgers, cheesesteaks, and gyros around - cooked to order! Fresh, high-quality ingredients without unnecessary frills. I make it a point to eat here at least once per week.

Food was so bland and gross. The philly had rubbery meat with zero flavor. It was honestly the worst philly I have ever had. The fries were ok but didn't have any seasoning either. I took a bite of my husband's burger and spit it out. It was so freaking dry and overcooked I'm not sure how he even ate it. He ordered it medium well but that thing was burned. Absolutely zero flavor or seasoning. The wings were also overcooked without and juices left. There was no seasoning, it was just covered in cold sauce. Don't waist your time. There are tones of better options close by.

Got the Havoc Burger; Mo complaints the team really met the mark even as I arrived about 40 mins to their closing time; they even accommodated my fiancee when she wanted to add a patty to the order that she had already ready placed; Customer service was great and the established agent was clean and welcoming.

I live near by and my roommates have gotten me hooked on this place the food is incredible and consistently tasing fire 🔥 one of my go to spots in Richmond!

This was my first time trying this place. It was good. The cheese fries were awesome. I had an original Philly, and it was good. I didn't like the fact that when I swallowed my food, some of it was still in my mouth. Like I couldn't swallow the whole bite at one time. I couldn't tell if it was cheese or meat 🤔. Other than that, it was delicious.

This place is AWESOME! The folks on the grill were amazingly friendly. I ordered 2 Chicago Dogs, which was a mistake because they were huge!

This is also the first place outside of Seattle that I saw Seattle Dogs on the menu.

My daughter got the Texas burger...perfectly cooked. The fries were on point.

We will most definitely be back.
