Incredibly slow service. Prepare to wait 20 minutes to get your drink. It took about 10 minutes (while being second in line) to even have my order taken. The drink I received was incorrect which was a bummer, but still tasty. The customer service skills of the staff left something to be desired and they seemed to be completely overwhelmed and unprepared for a standard morning rush.

The sweet young barista obviously takes pride in their work! I was craving a dirty chai, and I happened to see a delicious looking one on the menu while walking past this place. Unfortunately, they were out of the mix for it. I asked the barista if they could make me something similar to it, and they said "I got you" and just casually handed me the most delicious drink ever. Seriously nice staff. Each time I've come in they've offered to make up something special to fit my taste in drink. Atmosphere is great and the pastries are really tasty. Only thing I wish they had was more options to eat.
