The food is absolutely delicious. The service, while usually attentive isn't amazing, there seems to always be something you need, but aren't getting..... This is easily overlooked... But the maintenance and the cleanliness of the restaurant is definitely off... They need too give that place a big face lift. A really big face lift. The bathrooms are gross... The ceiling tiles are all crusty and distorted.

The services was very good the person was really nice. The food was good other than the chicken feet (not fresh) but most of it was pretty fire. The price is a little steep but other than that I enjoyed it. The restaurant its self seems a bit old but it was really clean. Would come back again.

Atmosphere typical of a tim sum place. Food has no flavor. Totally no value for the money.

Ful Kee Chinese Restaurant is a favorite of ours — the food is always great. They have an excellent selection of dim sum, the duck is delicious, and their vegetarian dishes, like the Chinese greens, are excellent too. The space is a bit dated and could use some renovation, but we keep going back for the quality of the food. If you’re looking for a nice atmosphere and excellent service, this is not the place for you — but if you want good, authentic Chinese food, this is where you should go.

The only place you can find dim-sum in Richmond, it’s quite expensive though. I had pork bao, black bean spare ribs and shrimp rice noodle crepe. They were all good!

There are roasted ducks and pork. Good dimsum. Liked the tofu pudding with ginger syrup.

Wanted Chinese food and picked this restaurant for location and reviews. Was cautiously optimistic. I got the beef and vegetable with pan fried noodles, a dish I have eaten for decades in New York.... their versus was authentic and exactly what I hoped for. There was a lot of beef and vegetables. Delicious! Will be back next time I am in town.

We went on a Saturday around 11:30.
They had the carts going around(can commonly be a weekend thing), which is nice to see as you don't need to order and wait. The waiters/waitresses were all very nice.

The Chrysanthemum Tea comes with Crystal Sugar, or Rock Candy, or (bīng táng) which is pretty nice, not many places have that, very authentic.

Chicken feet was good, good sauce.
Ribs were also pretty good,
Shumai(pork and shrimp) were all good.
Beef tripe was decent.
Steamed Beancurd Skin Roll - pretty good (a little bit too loose for my taste, and not filled with as much stuff as I personally like, but taste was good)
Eggplant Shrimp was SOLID, very good.

Taro Dumpling was good, but unfortunately, did not come hot, likely because many people don't get it, so it gets left on the cart. The taste was there though, if you like taro.
Turnip cake(Ours was particularly dry, and did not come with soy sauce paste, but the taste was good)

Adding chili oil definitely adds another flavor of the experience!

Only sad thing is there was no golden custard bun (liu sha bao) but I was not exactly expecting to find it here anyways.

Overall, probably around the best kind of dim-sum you can find around here.
