Gelati Celesti Ice Cream

Some of the best ice cream I've had in my life. Certainly the best in this area by a long shot. Staff have always been friendly.

Totally disgusted. We were coming here all the time and I got a pint. Read the ingredients of the “handmade” ice cream. What a joke. It’s manufactured garbage shipped in.

Red 40 is from coal tar, for those who don’t know. Blue 1 is from petroleum. Carageenan is restricted in the EU because it’s bad for you. And why would “handmade” ice cream need preservatives? It’s unfortunate to think that something bought at the grocery store next door would be better for you than this “handmade” trash.

Terrible location the people was rude and impatient. My child is 10 and has an allergy and the person takin our order was so rude while speaking to us like she hates her job . I’m sorry people have bad days I even left a tip after because it was busy and probably been a long day I just didn’t deserve that . I wouldn’t come back to this location definitely one downtown by Monroe cafe . They are always welcoming no issues and smells amazing!!

I came here to this locations and there was a very strong stench of cigarette. This dark haired lady came from her car back into the store and when she came in smelled straight cigarettes nor did she wash her hands and also had my gelati cup smelling like her adult activities I’m glad I didn’t bring my kids this day I would’ve been highly upset

I had the Salted Caramel and Coconut flavors and they are so good together!

Truly the #Just Ask. You won’t regret the decision.

They have non-dairy options

We came in at about 9 pm and it was busy. I've worked in food service for over 10 years, I understand how it is when you get busy, but there's a difference to being in the weeds and having an attitude that makes me feel bad for being there. My order was wrong and I felt so incredibly rushed and like I was an inconvenience. When we came back into the store to use the restroom and get water the same employee said are you planning on ordering anything? I was honestly so taken aback that she said that. It's the beginning of the warmer season and it's only going to get busier. I hope this was just an off night because we really enjoy Gelati Celeste and have for years. I would definitely recommend the one in the West end or in Scott's addition.

Good selection, tasty ice cream, friendly and helpful staff. Not much more to say!

Delicious gelato and great service, as always!

I think the location near scott's addition has better service + atmosphere overall compared to this location. The gelato tasted really great, but I'm not really sure how to feel about revisiting. Upon walking in, I smiled and waved hello ready to order, only to be looked at but not really be acknowledged. The lady scooping also had a curt attitude that just felt awkward. I just took my ice cream to the car I didn't really want to sit there after that. I understand that people might be having bad days but yeah.
