Gelati Celesti Ice Cream

I think the location near scott's addition has better service + atmosphere overall compared to this location. The gelato tasted really great, but I'm not really sure how to feel about revisiting. Upon walking in, I smiled and waved hello ready to order, only to be looked at but not really be acknowledged. The lady scooping also had a curt attitude that just felt awkward. I just took my ice cream to the car I didn't really want to sit there after that. I understand that people might be having bad days but yeah.

The ice cream was delicious but what impressed me the most was the service. The young gentleman and young lady who was there when I attended. Totally disproved any belief that young people have no manners or concerns. They went out of their way to help me as a senior handicap person also I had just received some bad news before I got there and was quite shaken up. They were extraordinarily kind and concerned

I got the Blueberry Lemon Bar ice cream and Holy cow!!! It was soooooo good! Staff members were fun to joke around with and very laid back.

This place is delicious. It's always so tempting after my wife and I go to the gym around the corner.

Pro tip, swing by in the morning while they're making waffle cones. You'll be happy

Wheelchair accessibility: It's tight and the doors are a little tough if you're alone...but it's an ice cream shop. Everyone working was super accommodating.

$8+ for that tiny milkshake. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My first time at this Icecream establishment! These Gelati Celesti Employees at 3004 Stony Point Road in Richmond, VA deserve high praise as exhibit great customer service to everyone & lovely attitudes! I was taken care of by a young female employee who patiently explained the toppings to me a few times & I really appreciate this!

Interior looks like a standard ice cream store, but the unique flavors available are amazing. Gelato is made from milk, not cream, so it has less fat but retains a great taste. Outdoor tables are available in addition to those in the store. Ample parking.
