The service was exceptional, the young man behind the plexiglass was extremely friendly and pleasant. I've been eating Golden Skillet since the Brookhill Azalea location when I was a kid. I know there is one in Sandston and have been, but don't ever recall going to this location. The chicken was okay, did not have that authentic Golden Skillet taste that I remember. I think it's crazy how expensive eight pieces of chicken is now, but at least I got five breasts...
This chicken reminds me of my great grandma’s. Go early in the day for the freshest and hottest. The seasoning is lacking a little but that didn’t stop me from going face first into the box. Crunchy and juicy, good lunch spot.
Never had a bad experience since I been coming in this place . I experience the worst customer service ever the lady didn't close my food up just through it the bag. The gravy on the mashed potatoes was watery. Customer service is important without that you can't have a successful business.
