One of THEE worst experiences of my life. Food is not great and had to wait over an hour for 2 pieces of fish. When I asked for my money back, they said they started preparing the food already and can't get a refund. Didn't care that it had been well over an hour already. Expected more from what seems to be a staple food spot in the Southside. Disappointed with service, food and etiquette. They need to close down if they aren't willing to do good business!

I ordered on doordash & waited a whole hour my dasher got to the store & the lady gone say she dont do doordash she very unprofessional & I wouldn’t recommend her to nobody.

Waited an hour and 17 minutes for 2 wing dinners. I knew it was going to take an hour or more because they're known for that. It would be nice if they would say that instead of 25 minutes. The bread was molded (you can see it in the picture) the mac and cheese taste like sweet potatoes. This is the last time we’ll be going there.

The fish is GREAT! Customer service needs a lot of work. They open at 12 on Sundays and when I called I was told no I couldn’t order and that they were closed when they weren’t. If you’re really busy just say that do not lie. You’ve lost a loyal customer. My family and I eat here a lot. Not anymore!!!

Service is impeccable but the cabbage is overcooked, no okra, they were out of corn bread when they opened, 3 choices of drink, and the bbq is odd at best

I ordered the meatloaf with yams, Mac & cheese, cabbage & cornbread. The meatloaf was too sweet/had too much vinegar and not homemade. The Mac & cheese had to have been the absolute worst I've ever tasted - it was bland, noodles overcooked & somehow still had a cardboard taste to it. The yams somehow tasted like fried apples full of cinnamon. The cornbread was dry and bland. The best part was the cabbage however, that still needed more seasoning. Overall, this was my first and last time ordering from this location, I hope they improve down the road.

My first time coming here. The wait was soo long. I got my food and it was ok. It wasn't good but it wasn't the best. I had the hamburger and gravy and it was not seasoned. Also missing onions and flavor. The mashed potatoes was not good. The string beans had too much sugar and just wasn't worth eating. My son got bbq and it was overcooked. The fish and fries however was great. I'm thinking bc it was fried right than. I'm not a fan. The lady there is really nice even gave my son a toy which was very sweet of her. However the food could use some improving.

I use to support the. On a regular basis years ago didn't even mind the long wait it was worth it!!!! Went in today after umpteen years and was very disappointed!!! Pork cops my brother ordered was old left from prior day ' mac n cheese was cold n old the greens well if you don't have H.B.P you will after consuming them.i got meat loaf it was still red in inside and also under temperature! I paid $56.00 for two slices of cake only thing worth eating!!!! #Done
