About Great Steak

Great Steak offers delicious fresh food and is known for one of the favorite cheesesteaks in the area, with familiar faces providing good customer service. However, a veggie wrap costs $14.69, which is considered outrageous for a wrap with no meat. Recently, the Short Pump location has gotten sloppy; sandwiches are soggy, with bread and paper ripping, and contents spilling out like fingers after a day in the pool. This happened over 5 times consistently. When a long time customer called, the manager was rude and did not want to remake the sandwich nor give a refund. Three stars for all the good times, but some can live without them.
