It would be a great idea to inform all guests your policy for gratuity. I was a server for over 10 years and I believe that gratuity is important since a lot of folks do not really understand how much a server actually makes. With that being said, please inform your patrons that gratuity is also included with pickup orders. 15% gratuity for a pick up order is steep, however the choice should be presented at the the time of payment. Turn near the Live Crawfish and Seafood it’s behind the building. It took me a while to figure out how to get to the front door. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised and we enjoyed our visit. We will definitely be back.
