Stopped for a burger and shake mid afternoon. Was very rudely told to hold on in the drive thru because I said I couldn't hear her over the guy yelling sitting on his scooter by the back door and the guys blowing leaves and grass. Was told ice cream was down like what are we McDonalds now? Got my meal fries were so salty they were inedible at least the burger was good. Come on Hardee's we can do better! Teach people some decorum and customer service.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted when I entered and the young man at the register was courteous. I order 4 chicken 🍗 egg 🥚 & cheese 🧀 biscuits. Which if you’ve been to Hardee’s before then you should know that they most always cook the food to order so I knew that I had to wait and didn’t mind doing so if it insures that I will receive hot food 🥘. The staff were clearly working diligently to get the orders out and having a good time doing so. I...
