Don't be fooled by the atmosphere which is a little intimidating due to the size of the place and its surroundings, the electronic ordering system is super friendly and tells you all the options in a very appropriate way, the service is first class, and the food is excellent, we tried several hibachis and they were all top notch, the amount of food is more than enough, the price is adequate, today is my first time in this place since I come from Indiana and I am fully pleased

I’d been hearing about this place and decided to give it a try today. Wish I didn’t. The chicken tasted like rubber and the fried rice and vegetables was not anything special. We spent a little over $55 including tip for 2 meals. I called to see about a refund I even said I would take partial because the chicken was so rubbery it was inedible and the salmon was as thin as paper. The guy at the front counter said he would have a manager call me back in about an hour, of course I got no call back. 0/10 would not recommend at all.

OMG!! I can't remember how I found out about this place. But I went yesterday for the first time and the food is absolutely amazing. That was the most tender juicy hibachi chicken I've ever had in my life. It wasn't dry at all the fried rice, a great seasoning, the onions coming through made it very flavorful. The hibachi vegetables were spot on. It was so good. I plan to go back again today, but they're closed on Sundays so I guess I'll have to wait until Monday. But I drive 30 minutes to get to this place that's how good it is! and the customer service was absolutely amazing. Very pleased.

Food is great, in flavor and portion size. They seem to have a bit of an issue with gnats/fruit flies, there's always one buzzing around the table whenever I eat there. I also find it pretty irritating how the people who man the front desk, to help you, don't speak English. It's like pulling teeth just trying to get a fork etc

I got the steak with double noodles, I added shrimp. It was tasty. It was seasoned well. Great service. Worth the 25 minute drive. Wil definitely return.

Online ordering was a breeze, and it looked like ordering in the restaurant was pretty straight forward with a tablet.The food was excellent! Plus large portions. The chicken and steak were cooked very well - not dry and not too greasy.So glad this spot opened up in Short Pump!
