I called Hogs head to ask about allergens in their menu for my 3-year-old, who has peanut, tree nut, and egg allergies. Instead of receiving help, I was hung up on, argued with, and made to feel like I was being an inconvenience.
When I first asked to speak with a manager, the man who answered relayed my question to her while I was still on the phone, and I clearly heard her say, “hang up.” He did.

Went here yesterday while in Richmond and I ended up with the Big Boner. 😂 Honestly there was a 40 minute wait but it was prime dinner time. Definitely worth the wait and our waiter was super great. Food was phenomenal.
We tried Hogshead tonight and the food was absolutely amazing. Brian was very attentive and recommended the Mango Habanero wings. The entrance did get a little crowded during the dinner rush but we will be back.
