I've been going here for years and I've always loved it. I haven't had many problems ever going here. I highly recommend it and if you had a bad experience I recommend giving it another shot. It's a buffet so not everything is perfect every single time.
This is my wife & I's favorite place to go in Richmond as our family has been going to this place since it first moved to this location. Service at entrance and at the table excellent. Nicely decorated place. Our first experience, 3/28/24. Wouldn't return. Oriental offerings on this buffet too chewy and not hot. Beef and Broccoli & Chicken & Broccoli serving dishes huge, yet only small fragments of meat - shame on you! Their prices are under what you would expect, yet careful - this is what you get.
