I've eaten at the Hot Pot 757 on south side, where the service was much better. There, the server would explain everything to you beforehand -- important if you are bringing guests who haven't dined here before. At the Broad Street location, I asked the server to explain how the meal works, and all he said was that it's all you can eat. Not helpful to new customers like our friends. Food is really good. Service is hit or miss. There is something wrong with the plumbing, there bathroom smell bad, all the seating and salad bar near bathroom, you can smell it.

Great place to fill up on all your favorite Korean bbq style stuff and hot pot. If you had a bad experience, you don't know how to season/cook your food. Servers are attentive and available, and you have many options for food, seasonings, and sauces. Can't go wrong here.
