General tao could be more flavorful. The sauce is kinda thin. Bland
This is my favorite Chinese spot in town. Fast, friendly service, and their food is always good.

The food is nasty no type of seasoning at all, then the lady laughed when I brought it back like it was funny or something so I ask can they exchange it with chicken wings I had to pay $1.50 just to be waiting a extra 15 mins. I been called 30mins beforehand just to arrive and the food still isn't done. I never got the wings cause I already wasted 33mins in there already. Won't ever catch me eating here or referring this into anyone.

I always come here every week to grab a quick bite. My children enjoy this spot as they keep getting the same order each night! I always get the sesame chicken with white rice and my kids like to order their chicken broccoli with lomien noodles. The restaurant is family owned so everyone here is nice and friendly. I've been coming here for so long that the workers know it is me when I am ordering over the phone! I highly recommend this place to anyone in Richmond area looking for good Chinese food.

Chicken wings were bland. No seasoning. Not your typical wings from a Chinese restaurant. Called and there was nothing they could do. So avoid this option if it’s your go to. Also the PRICE IS ALMOST $20 for a chicken wing shrimp fried rice and a shrimp egg roll

The staff was very polite and answered all my questions/concerns. The food tasted good and would definitely come again. The service was very fast as well and very convenient.

We ordered chicken fried rice and shrimp lomein. Neither dishes were seasoned. The chicken fried rice consisted rice, fried egg and bits of shredded chicken. The Lomein was tasteless. I refuse to believe that this is a four star restaurant. It was suppose to feed 10 people but we threw most of it away.

We ordered this food for the 4th of July for our store. This food was literally plain Jane, not seasoned at all. The rice was pure white, no salt, no pepper, not even a sesame seed. The chicken was literally shredded chicken. Chicken, rice, egg, and onion. Not even a round pea was in it. The lomein wasn’t even good. It was plain as well. It didn’t even have the green stuff in it. The carrots and noodles were all that was in it. The noodles were mushy as well. I guess if you ain’t got no taste buds and no teeth, this is the place for you!

The same family continues to own And operate this shop. Food is great, full menu, that is moderately priced. Dine in/out. Nice sized portions.

Ordered the General Tso’s Chicken. Average quality meat as well as taste for the price paid.
Huang’s Express is my go-to spot for Chinese takeout—always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. Their Kung Pao Shrimp is absolutely delicious, with the perfect balance of heat and crunch. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the service is quick and friendly. This place never disappoints.
A friend introduced me to this restaurant and I had an enjoyable experience. When I lived in Richmond, I would drive about 15 minutes for their food. The company is family owned and they are nice hard working people who are trying to accomplish the American dream . Just like you and me. I loved the food and you get an generous amount for the price they charge. When I visit Richmond I will try to pay them a visit. Please leave a tip.
I’m sorry I have to give 1 star, tables were all dirty (which I understand they are short staffed), they have to ration napkins and sauces. The food was so dry and bland it tasted like I was eating notebook paper. 0 outta 10 would not recommend!
