Really good cookies. I bought them fresh which was great. The flavor can be a bit strong so I would be mindful of that, but it's overall pretty good. The confetti was pretty good.

Surprisingly, I had never been to an insomnia cookie until I moved to Richmond and I have now ordered from this location 3 separate times in about 2 weeks. (Don’t judge me and if you had the experience I had- you would be ordering from them too!)
Alex, the store manager, is absolutely hands down one of the best managers I’ve ever met. Her customer service , her excitement to partner with her fellow business neighbors, and the way she uses every customer...

The atmosphere here is beyond pleasant. Calm. And for me it's joyous. Associates are always respectful. And that makes my day. The smell here is SENSATIONAL. AWESOME IN SO MANY WORDS. AND THE DOORDASH ORDERS ARE ALWAYS READY.
