i’ve gone ordered inside once and i just did delivery today. both times my food was how i i ordered it, fresh, and was ready in a timely manner!! i work down the street so i did delivery for lunch. after i ordered it, it was here within 15 minutes! the drink was wrapped in a plastic wrap to keep it from spilling as well. the only thing i didn’t like was that my cup was mostly ice

Had a wonderful experience at JJ Sandwich! I had actually left the store as there didn’t seem to be a vegetarian options and the server was unable to customize the sandwich the way I wanted. But just as I was walking away, Ms. Irina came running after me to understand my request. I was pleasantly surprised by her kindness and willingness to help. She prepared a delicious vegetarian sandwich exactly as I wanted.

Considering the downtown location of a popular chain, I was not expecting it to be clean inside but the common areas and bathroom were pretty clean. The food was normal Jimmy John's, pretty good, nothing amazing.
