After 3 hours and 10 minutes my order finally showed up. I get that they only have one driver and "he's 50" but this seems egregious. Luckily I was offered $2.50 off my next order.

We stood at the order counter completely ignored. Cashier unable operate the register. Whole wheat unavailable. And to top it off, when we got home with our sandwiches, the meat was missing!

wanted to let others know, this place is marked as wheelchair accessible but it is not. the Jimmy John's itself may be accessible but you have to get up onto like a patio in order to get in, and there's no ramp. well, technically there IS, but it's not a wheelchair ramp. it's not even wide enough for the smallest wheelchairs out there, it's very clearly designed for bikes. I am able to do wheelies in my chair and STILL can't get onto the patio. other wheelchair users please don't waste your time and energy

I don't know a lot about Jimmy John's but I will tell you that the state of Virginia needs to have a serious road pavement construction on I-95

Ordered a simple turkey sandwich with chips and drink.They gave a sliver of turkey meat so it was more lettuce and tomato than cold cuts.They don’t bag it up for you or give napkins.Also not sure why they give salt & pepper packets when they can simply do it as they make the sandwich.For $13 dollars I was better off at subway.Never again.
Always have delivery.Quick and always nice delivery people.Vegetarian options: Great amount. Always fresh!
