Great service! A miscommunication happened with the delivery and it was taken by someone else. They immediately redelivered the food. They didn't have to do this, so it was much appreciated!
I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in years, probably over 5 years honestly. My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The male employee taking my order was very friendly and quick. The other employee making the sandwich was also fantastic. All employees working here sounded as if they enjoyed being there and had an upbeat positive attitude. I would say this is more of a $$ than a $ place, as they are more expensive than other chain sandwich joints. The food tastes cleaner, almost, like the ingredients are a higher quality, though the menu itself is intimidating. Usually something is slightly wrong with my order, but they're willing to fix it.Wheelchair accessibility: The wheelchair ramp is very narrow. It exists, but it isn't very practical for actual wheelchair users.
