Tonight was my first time trying Jimmy John’s! Not only was the staff top notch but the sandwiches they made were outstanding! The veggies were fresh , crisp, and tasty. The meats were delicious right down to the mayo was delicious. My wife and I traveled 40 miles round trip and will make the trek again as this is the closest location to us, we were not disappointed in the least and would like to thank to two young gentleman who were working for a fantastic experience.

I still visit the East End just for this location. The staff from summer to current has been so consistent and prepares the sandwiches with love and passion. Always a good experience since this location opened. Thank you to the staff and how courteous and speedy they are and not to mention the freshness of EVERYTHING!

I always go to the JJ on Laburnum, but this is my last the Mexican girl that works there needs better training. She watches customers like a hawk and tries to accuse them of taking items that you've paid for. Also I set in there over 10 minutes for two subs when I was the only person ordering
also they were out of alot of items. If you want customers $$ pay attention to there orders and DON'T ACCUSE THEM

Ate here and it gave me food poisoning so bad that I had to go to the Er and get a liquid Iv for dehydration. A simple google search shows it’s a common issue with the chain. They’ve been cited by the fda for giving people ECOLI. DO NOT eat here unless you want to be VERY sick!

This location is indeed freaky fast and has always been 100% accurate for me. What's unique about this location though, is how incredibly polite and kind every single worker has been to me each time I come to this store. Thank you to their entire team for being customer service rockstars!!

This Jimmy johns is awesome. The guys that work there are so cool. I've ordered delivery a few times very close to closing time and they have never given me a hard time or said they couldn't deliver. I live close by and they are usually at my house within 20-30 minutes at the latest. Everyone who has delivered to my home are always so nice. Once, they even delivered in the pouring rain and had no issue with it. If I call there, they answer the phone, saying "hey, Ms Tina". You just don't get treatment from any restaurants like this now-a-days. I liked the old owner but I really like the new owner even more since they started staying open till 9pm and on weekends. Greatly appreciated!!!
