Joe's Italian Grill and Pizzeria

The atmosphere and server was fantastic. I had a basket of onion rings and they were cooked entirely too long. Dark brown and heard to chew. The blackened chicken was really overcooked and tuff to cut and chew. The broccoli was cooked well but what ever season they used did not pair with the broccoli.

Absolutely love their clam pasta! Went back yesterday and they had a new owner and he’s so kindly price matched everything from the online menu even though they’re switching over. He even Gave me a complementary cheesecake slice that was incredibly delicious. Highly recommend this place so they’re gonna be adding a Mexican menu too! Thank you so much you guys appreciated the delicious meal.

I ordered through Uber eats last night I ordered shrimp Alfredo but got chicken instead and then I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and got no strawberry so whoever cooks the orders is not paying attention

Made the mistake of ordering here instead of Joe’s inn and thought I’d try it. I love spaghetti and generally not very picky when it comes to it. I couldn’t even eat it. I’m not sure who’s keeping this place open, but they must not have taste buds.

Coming from a distance to eat here. This particular trip my waitstaff forgot to bring my salad. My main dish arrived & I alerted them.

Charged my card hours said they were open to 10. Got there 920 and doors locked. Couldn't get food, called this morning and person had trouble understanding English and hung up on me. Now no one answers when I call. I live far and shouldn't have to drive to business to ensure charges are reversed.

7/22/25 worst cheese steak ever, no grilled onions, hunks of yellow lettuce the bitter part, the meat had a bitter taste or something #11.00 two bite trashed. I was so upset. they have really changed. I wanted to call back.

Ordered delivery tonight abs o will say This is not a authentic Italian grill!! The Italian sub is aweful, this is not a real Italian sub, one slice ham, drowned in nasty mayo and loaded with to much lettuce tomato etc.... the toasted raviolis literally broke my tooth they were so hard and over cooked, plus they sent wrong ones, can't eat the jalapeños ones nor did i order them!!! Absolutely disappointed, and feel ripped off, they claiming to be a real Italian grill when this ain't no better than going to wawa, and wawa actually does a better job! Only thing in my entire order edible was the cheese cake!!!!! The rest went in trash.

Ordered online and arrived before the time I was given and they had already closed the doors and didn't answer the phone.

this place is not great. ordered pizza magherita with extra mozz slices. went to pick it up and the box was not as warm as i expected a fresh pizza to be. i only live literally around the corner and picked it ip on time, so that was strange.

got home and opened the box to a travesty of a pie. it was entirely cold, seemed like it had been sitting for hours. cheese was hard but had been melted at one point. what seemed to be a can of diced tomatoes was dumped on top of it, along with the juice. so not only was the pizza cold and cheese congealed, it was soaking wet in the center.

tried to save this “pizza” by heating it in the oven, but only the crust would come out of the box. couldn’t lift a slice at all because it was so wet.

this was not at all a pizza magherita and nothing like what they advertise. the first time i came here in 2020 was a great experience, great food, friendly staff. not sure what has happened since then but unless you are getting something that is pre-frozen and fried like mozz sticks or fried ravioli, hard avoid this place.

WTH, Joe's?? I went thru the whole sign up process for 1st order discount, placed my order, got confirmation and 20 MINUTES LATER I receive a cancelation email? Tried calling & cannot understand person who answered & now can't even get through to find out why it was canceled. If I cd give you 0 stars, I would.

Ordered chicken parm sub and freis. The piece of chicken on the sandwich was shockingly thin and small. They forgot the fries with my order, when I bring it up to the person at the counter, he tries to argue and tells me i didnt order any fries. I pulled up the receipt to show him I did. They then quickly prepared them, but they put the hot fries directly into a styrofoam container, so the container melts a bit onto my fries, gross!
