Food was great! Big portions and flavorful. Service was terrible - which is not good when you charge an automatic 20% gratuity. Bartender acted uninterested and didn’t even greet us. We were the only ones in there. She was on her phone the whole time.

No roof until 5pm, which was fine.

Maybe this is more of a party spot than a lunch spot, will revisit for a party, they had lights and a DJ booth.

Visited Juan's Rooftop & Cantina and reserved one of the igloos. The concept was really cool, but unfortunately it was much colder inside than we expected, which made it hard to fully enjoy the experience. The food menu also felt pretty limited and the dishes we tried were just okay. That being said, the service was amazing and everyone was very friendly and attentive throughout the night. Overall, it just wasn’t quite the experience we were hoping for.

On Valentine’s Day, they had a deal where you could rent a romantic igloo on the rooftop that was meant for a private party and came with our own server. The vibe was perfect and they even provided a heater that really saved the day because it was cold outside then. I got. All types of delicious foods, including a seafood boil that was very reasonably priced and a tomahawk steak that I did not mind splurging for.
