Everything about this restaurant left us glowing with satisfaction. We dropped in to take a look at the menu and our (future) server Tony introduced himself and describe a few of his menu favorites while we enjoyed a drink at the bar. One thing led to another and pretty soon were were outside on their patio with Tony serving us an awesome dinner.
We dined at Julep's on a Saturday evening and Renee was our Server. This was one of the best dinner experiences in a very long time. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was exquisite. The Fried Green Tomatoes Appetizer was amazing. For dinner we had the Petite Filet and the Pork Chap entree. Both were excellent. All of the food was amazing and the presentation really stood out. First time to Julep's. Great service and ambiance! Food had no seasoning though. Everything was cooked perfectly, but for high end dining, I shouldn't have to use the salt shaker! I had the cast iron chop and she had the signature plate of shrimp and grits. Both were terribly bland. Many a southerner would take offense to the lack of flavor for sure!
