The interior of this restaurant reminds me of one of my favorite restaurants in Barcelona, even down to the layout and overhead lighting. Since I was dining solo I sat at the bar. Service was prompt and efficient. I had the fried oysters as an appetizer; they were good but not great. A small bottle of prosecco was a nice enhancement though. For mains I wanted the grilled whole snapper, but they were out. Instead I had the filet mignon with potato gratin and roasted Brussel sprouts....
Everything about this restaurant left us glowing with satisfaction. We dropped in to take a look at the menu and our (future) server Tony introduced himself and describe a few of his menu favorites while we enjoyed a drink at the bar. One thing led to another and pretty soon were were outside on their patio with Tony serving us an awesome dinner.
We dined at Julep's on a Saturday evening and Renee was our Server. This was one of the best dinner experiences in a very long time. The atmosphere was very nice and everything was exquisite. The Fried Green Tomatoes Appetizer was amazing. For dinner we had the Petite Filet and the Pork Chap entree. Both were excellent. All of the food was amazing and the presentation really stood out.
