Awesome location in RVA! Very walkable area. Morgan is very prompt and helpful. Maintenance is handled quickly and they follow up even quicker if the issue is not resolved the first time. Shoutout to Kevin, everyone that works there is very friendly. Plenty of parking in the lot as well. Would recommend!
Have had a great experience with Kensington Court apartment complex which started with responsive and consistent communication with leasing staff. We were searching a few addresses for months in the Museum district area in preparation for a move (we never even heard back from a neighboring property) and immediately fell in love with the up to date apartments, trash shoot, clean and clear hallways, the rooftop patio and multiple options of laundry and windows facing various directions...
