Took too long to get my food, then gave away my food to a grub hub driver and the server say they prioritize grub hub over drive thru customers, server seemed real spacey too and didn’t seem to care about the customers, I would not recommend this location, absolute terrible experience
All I can say is do better! All I ordered was a pot pie. I haven’t been to this location in almost 2 yrs because the last I spent my money here I ended up throwing the food in the trash! This time I ordered something easy and I still ended up throwing it away because it was so dry. Whoever seen a pot pie so dry that it stuck to smork ( spoon a fork) without falling. When I think pot pie I’m thinking something nice and hearty! This is ridiculous. This place is in the hood but you don’t have to feed people this mess. If you’re not going to eat it, what makes you think someone else would? Let’s start complaining… shut it down and put a chicken fiesta there

I've been calling this dam store for 2 hours & they seem to refuse to answer the phone!!!! I ordered a 12-piece family meal, 2 chicken sandwiches & a large Cole slaw, there was no chicken sandwiches or Cole slaw in my dam bag!!!!! This particular location is convenient to where I live, but that staff has no business in the restaurant business!!!! Absolutely Pathetic

I purchased the $20 box and waited 25 minutes outside. KFC employee brought this to me and my family. Called back to the store, no one answered phone. This was worsted experience I had with KFC chicken.
Tenders were dried out. People pay lots of money to get fresh food and then we don’t.
