They had great chicken and great customer service!!!
Last night, Friday June 26, we ordered the 16 piece Family Meal from the location at 401 East Belt Blvd, Richmond, VA spending $60 +delivery fees.
It was the worst experience we have ever had with KFC.

I was serviced with respect, she was prompt. She noticed to cole slaw was bad and went to retrieve a good batch because the young lady that was helping her was going to serve the bad batch. So I appreciate her doing so. The lobby was clean with 2 people waiting patiently.
