Panera Bread foods are great! When there was a bad snow and ice storm in Chesterfield County, Virginia. Every place to eat was closed except Panera Bread, Waffle House, SHEETZ, and Wa Wa. Panera Bread came through with a satified stomach.

My visit at the store today went well & I definitely will be returning. I placed a large chicken order and TOMMIE made sure that my order was correct and fresh. She was very polite & does well at her job.She knows how to provide great customer service!! ?

The lady in the window was very polite and didn’t do that normal rush. They however seem understaffed because it took me 20 minutes in the drive through with only 1 in front of me. I ordered a tender meal. These tiny things aren’t far from nuggets, so they definitely need to better as a company with that! Mashed potatoes and bread was good and they filled the drinks completely.
