This is the second time that I've been to this location and they have been out of crispy chicken and only had original it is 5:00 dinner service and no other cars in the Drive-Thru or parking lot not quite sure why products are never available at this location had to go somewhere else to get dinner service was friendly though

not only did the lobby close 15 minutes early, we had to go through the drive-thru. then for us to not get half of our food. upset and disappointed. won't come back to this location despite yummy chicken that I had to get from my friend

To whom it may concern my husband bought a 12 piece bucket of chicken for 30 dollars. Guess how many pieces of chicken were in the bucket??? 10!!! I would have to calm down to get to furious at this point. We are owed either money back or 2 free pieces of chicken. I am one of the topb10 google reviewers so it is in your best interest to make it right.

Went thru your drive thru at 8:40 pm or 8:30 pm I sepend 29.00$ for some chicken. The service was very very fast .I got my food and went in my way I open the box with kids I had 10 pieces of chicken instead of 12 and the chicken was not even KFC quality.It was disgusting but we still eat it and made the best of it.....I called three to four times and no answer on top of everything else. No worries I will stop by tomorrow afternoon to ether give me refund or freshly cooked chicken.....Or let see how you guys going to Handel this one ??

Great experience there. We came today March 9 at 1pm and one shift manager here take orders for us and she super friendly and explained us what we can get. They should get paid extra ❤️Parking: A lot of parking lot

Was told to wait a minute. Was ignored. 13 minutes later, I decided to leave. Left and in 6 minutes at Popeyes ordered and served. At least the place looked clean.

Horrible experience. We came by the drive thru and had to wait 10 minutes at the window for them to even greet us even though we were the only people there. The people working were very rude and forgot my drink too. Food wasn’t fresh either and the inside of the store seemed very unsanitary.
