I have been a fan of KFC for many years. Your extra crispy chicken is yummy !!! When the KFC opened on Patterson avenue in Henrico Va, I was thrilled. I only lived 5 minutes away and was looking forward to eating your wonderful chicken. The reality is, this particular KFC has the worse chicken I have ever had. I stopped by for drive-thru. I said I wanted a #9 - 3 piece, which is the tenders meal per the menu. I get home, unload the car from a day of errands, and there are NO tenders in the box. There's a leg and what I think are two thighs - I don't like/eat thighs. I called the number listed for the restaurant in Google maps and it goes straight to a busy signal. If the employees weren't pleasant, I'd give 1 star.

The chicken was so dry. Ask 1/2 original 1/2 crispy. 2 chicken wings original. No biscuits. $7 biscuits. The staff was not ready for dinner crowd. All so dry undigestable. I will never eat at KFC again.
