I went to this location around 8:30pm. I asked for a chicken sandwich and was told by some woman that work the drive thru that she doesn’t have anything left but legs and wings. I thought this was strange so I ordered thru Grubhub. My Grubhub driver went to the same KFC location and I received my chicken sandwich. The integrity of this establishment has gone downhill

I was doing doordash and the employees had an attuide. Very low staffed. Will not ever come here again. Only come here if you want to wait the entire day for your food.

What the hell is wrong with this place? You order the famous chicken sandwich, and get 2 lame chicken strips on an old bun? If I were KFC corporate I'd do everything to shut franchises like this down.

The chicken was so dry. Ask 1/2 original 1/2 crispy. 2 chicken wings original. No biscuits. $7 biscuits. The staff was not ready for dinner crowd. All so dry undigestable. I will never eat at KFC again.

Literally two people working. No line when I went inside and the guy doing the orders walked past me at least 5 times without saying hi or I’ll be with you in just a minute, nothing. Finally took our order. 17 minutes later our food is brought to us by someone who I’m pretty sure doesn’t work there since she wasn’t wearing any company clothing. There were kids there who seemed to be the employees and they were behind the counter, by the food, just all over the place. When we did finally get what was advertised as really good chicken nuggets they were either over cooked or cooked in oil that has t been changed in far too long. Unable to eat. So, all in all, my wife and I paid $21 to eat a small macaroni and cheese, a small mashed potatoes with no gravy and a few French fries. I find myself in a internal struggle of which is worse in all aspects of fast food between Hardee’s and KFC and KFC may have just tipped the scales. Don’t go here. Don’t waste your money. Just go to chick-fil-a.

I have attempted this KFC 2 time now first time my wife and I got the famous bowl and had barely any chicken in it. This time we got cold food and chicken that had been sitting out for a while. Very horrible food would not recommend this place.
Shame on the owner for the lack of staffing working their employees to the bone leaving customers waiting. I commend the staff for their efforts but they deserve more.

This KFC location is a disgrace to the KFC brand. You never get what you order and the tenders are dry tough, and never hot. They always seem as though they have been sitting for several days. Very disappointing customer service and overall quality. This locations needs new management or to close!!!!!!Parking: plenty of parking since no one is there!! should have been a clue - right!

The owner should be ashamed how this place is run. The chicken was horrible and not cooked to any standard. Ordered an 8 piece bucket. No wings and only 1 breast. Either these employees are not trained or don't care because it's not their problem. Sad to see how this place has declined over 30 years.
