Our food was great! Our waitress, I think her name was Shannon, she tried her best, and did a good job in my eyes. My ex husband food got messed up x2 back to back. He was hot about that because the rest of the family were already eating. He ordered dry rub grilled and they brought out fried wings x2. 😆 My daughter was almost on the floor laughing. Then we got charged for an extra meal on our check out ticket. It was corrected almost 15 minutes later.

The food was great and the tv selection is phenomenal. I love the Cajun shrimp Alfredo. And their burgers are always good. Waiters could be a lil more attentive but then again the place is usually packed.

Best wings in Virginia used to be at Austin Grill up north (they no longer exist). After years of searching, I have found the Richmond equivalent. Kickback wings are the best. Other joints that claim to be the best are F.O.S. and need to get educated the Jack-way. Trust me!
p.s. Kendall is the BEST!
Back at KBJ - wings this time are like chicken with anorexia…..a joint that is not consistent in delivery of product and service is a chump joint. Just my opinion. Can’t post a picture of the pain.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Ordered wings and a side salad to-go. Ate it around 8pm and threw it all up at 11pm. Never felt so much pain from food poisoning before. Never will I eat here again!!!

This time I stopped in the Richmond location on West Broad. Same great atmosphere, food, and service.
Low score due to misleading practice. Large sign on their menu stating all day every day for their daily specials, but the have a small fine print where their specials end at 9pm. Very misleading and not somewhere I want to extend my money to anymore.

Was in town for work, decided to see what this pace was about. 1. Was greeted and seated immediately. Had 2 servers come up to me with in minutes and they were very nice. I got the firecracker shrimp as an app and it was great.
The hot honey chicken sandwich…. I tink it’s the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had in my whole life. Definitely be coming back here when I’m in the RVA!

Absolutely terrible customer service, we were a party of 8 and had the worst waitress I've had in my life. This lady stood at only one end of the table to place our orders leaving the other end completely out. We couldn't and didn't even get to order appetizers or anything. Then she passed put drinks to 7 of us and completely left me out and thought it was fine to just leave me without a drink while she took everyone's order. It was completely ridiculous, there are many other restaurants in the area, try them and leave this one completely alone!!

We were visiting from out of town and needed a place to watch the Eagles game. Glad we came here. The atmosphere was really great. A lot of Eagles fans were in attendance , and the barmaids were rocking Eagles gear too. I liked how they all worked together, for one goal, to make sure everything goes a seamless as possible for guests when it gets crowded. Felt so welcoming. I had the wings with the bone in, and fries. The flats were good and tasted fine. The drum of the chicken was a little tuff.
