Such a cute little shop! I got a mango passionfruit tea with mango popping boba and it was delicious. Also found lots of cute Sanrio stuff here!

If I could give you a zero I would. Ordered a dream butterfly ... it.didn't look anything like the picture and tasted horrible. Met with terrible customer service.

Although Kokee Tea has a prime location, it is not one of the top boba spots in Richmond. I don't even remember what flavor I ordered, but it just tasted like I was drinking straight up milk for at least 2 times that I've gone. The boba was fine though. Overall, I wouldn't walk away from it if I'm in Carytown, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get boba from here.

this is the cutest little place ever they have snacks, can drinks, plushies as well as boba.Service was fast. Like I walked in, placed my order, and before I could put my card away my drink was ready. A few people walked in after me so I guess I got there before the rush? lol. but the two employees ( that I saw ) were very kind.I didn’t get anything too fancy, just a strawberry milk tea with honey boba. I didn’t ask for it to be sweeter/ less sweet. However it comes it perfect. I’ll be going again soon so I can fill out my free drink card ?

Bubble Tea
I’ve been going here regularly for about four or five years now, they’ve had a great location change and the boba is the best in town! The owners are very friendly, and always greet you when you come in.
the last time i went there they not only made my drink wrong but wanted me to pay for a correction drink. I took my actually gross drink and left. Waste of money and food bec it ended up being trashed. Never had issues with the older staff.... the newer staff are just... no.

Stopped by for bubble tea left unsatisfied and disappointed. I ordered the mango passionfruit tea with black honey bubbles. First look had me concerned because it was brown in color with muddled looking black bubbles, when I asked about the color the guy rudely informed me it was orange not brown(refer to pic from menu). First sip made me gag I immediately removed the bubbles I slurped up into a napkin and went to the register. The bubbles had not a hint of honey more like a chalk and dust taste with the texture of the gooey stuff from a fruit gusher. As soon as I approached the register I let the young lady know how unpleasant my tea was in which she responds I'm sorry no exchange or refund. I immediately left and tossed my tea in the garbage on my way out the door.
