this is the cutest little place ever they have snacks, can drinks, plushies as well as boba.Service was fast. Like I walked in, placed my order, and before I could put my card away my drink was ready. I’ve been going here regularly for about four or five years now, they’ve had a great location change and the boba is the best in town! The owners are very friendly, and always greet you when you come in.

Although Kokee Tea has a prime location, it is not one of the top boba spots in Richmond. I don't even remember what flavor I ordered, but it just tasted like I was drinking straight up milk for at least 2 times that I've gone. The boba was fine though. Overall, I wouldn't walk away from it if I'm in Carytown, but I wouldn't drive out of my way to get boba from here.
