We have been here twice. It’s a cute shop but definitely not the best bubble tea in the area. The “croffle” took a while to make considering it’s just a croissant toasted in a waffle maker for a little bit. Not sure I would come back since the tea was the main reason we went and we didn’t enjoy them.

I can't recommend this place enough! The owners are so sweet and remember me when I come in, the tea and boba are super high quality, and there's almost never any wait. I live in Southside and make the drive north of the river just to get tea here!

Boba was DELICOUS- genuinely! Its too easy to screw up Boba and a plethora of shops do-but kokee tea nailed it down to an art. Not too watery or sweet, and my taro had a smooth, creamy and nutty taste to it. Its rare to find Boba that good! In addition to that, the store itself was nice with many products of interest, such as their labubus. On top of that, Andres service was phenomenal! We unknowingly entered at closing time and he graciously took our orders without even mentioning...
