I've been going here for 10 years and it's amazing. They don't do reservations which I kinda like, I'm fine with waiting for great food. The servers do their jobs well and efficiently. The food is always great from the classic cuban, huevos rancheros, and braised pork to the guava shrimp. Get the tres leches cake, no matter what.
Clearly the local fave, it was pretty much full house. But we were able to seat ourselves for two. We ordered Paella Valenciana and Ropa Vieja. The paella color was spot on however lacked flavor kick, was just mild to bland in spices . There were only 2 shrimps. Ropa Vieja had a hearty broth over rice and a good serving of the roast. Over-all food was 3.5 to 4. Ambiance and service were a 5.
