Ordered the beef Flatbread,it's meant to have beef tomatoes, and peppers. What I received was a cold, chewy, tough dough with only a VERY dry beef topping, all other ingredients absent. The Flatbread was not fresh at all, it was inedible and had to be discarded. The rice pudding was creamy and slightly loose, but tasty.

The shawarma was fantastic. This is such a great family-owned place. I also got the pistachio baklava and stuffed grape leaves and they tasted very authentic. Get some tea too. Definitely recommend.

I had a great experience at Shawarma Inc.! The staff was friendly, and I really appreciated the complimentary tea while I waited. The lamb shawarma was amazing—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Although I ordered beef fatayer, I received beef and chicken instead, but it turned out to be a delicious surprise. I’ll definitely be back!

This is HANDS DOWN the most delicious, sumptuous, succulent schwarma you can find anywhere in central Virginia. You'd also be doing yourself a serious disservice if you didn't ask for a cup of their cardamom tea (they'll probably give you one without you even having to ask - they're the most hospitable friendly guys ever).

Checked out this shop a few weeks ago. The staff were very patient and friendly while I was ordering and waiting. Delicious chicken shawarma and walnut baklava. Been thinking about it ever since. Going back here for sure next time I’m over that way.

I got the lamb Schwarma wrap. It was $10, the perfect size, and I got a free cup of hot tea while I waited. The food was delicious.

We ordered our food for pickup and were disappointed when we arrived and were told our food was made an hour ago. They made it seem as if we were late for pickup, but upon looking at the receipt, it told them the exact time we were picking it up. Our food was cold and soggy. It was very disappointing that they didn’t offer to remake it and acted as if that wasn’t an issue. I do recommend you order your food for pickup here, just go order it in person if you want to eat it warm.

The beef shawarma plate with rice wasn’t that great. The flavors were mild on the meat. There was no tahini sauce served with it like the menu said it would. The tomatoes and cucumbers didn’t taste too fresh. They taste a day or two old. There weren’t any herbs as a garnish or in the rice like other places. It wasn’t anything special and I don’t recommend getting it.

My husband liked the lamb gyro. He had no complaints and he said it was tasty.

I liked the pistachio baklava, but my husband didn’t. It’s very dry and not too sweet, the opposite of baklavas I’ve tasted elsewhere. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be like that, but it wasn’t too bad.

Overall, I’m not impressed. The service was disappointing, no one wants to eat cold food because they couldn’t read the time on the receipt as for when pickup was. The food had no wow factor and was mediocre and didn’t make up for the lack of good service. I don’t see myself giving the place a second chance anytime soon in the near future, nor would I recommend anyone taking a chance on it.

I went with my sister to check out Shawarma Inc for the first time. The gentleman, who took our order, was very kind and generous. We ate shawarma wraps there and we loved soooo much. Then we ended up ordering over 15 Manakeesh to take home for breakfast and snacks. Thank you for the delicious tea and the extraordinary customer service.

Came all the way from Short Pump to try it out and it did not disappoint. I ordered a chicken shawarma with a side of hummus. The presentation was decent, the hummus had a perfect tinge of tanginess and the chicken shawarma was good, especially the sauce inside it was finger licking good. The only feedback is - they should be adding more meat inside the shawarma and the guy at the counter acknowledged that too, which is great. Overall, a good experience!!

What a hidden gem! I stopped here on a whim and was surprised when I was asked to sit down and enjoy a cup of perfectly brewed, perfect temperature hot tea while I waited for my food. Falafel wrap was twice the size I expected and extremely tasty. Not dry at all, as is the risk with falafel. I will definitely return to try more menu items.

Delightful surprise to find a place like this in Richmond. The lentil soup was incredible, and so were the manakeesh and the kibbeh. 100% coming back for more! Regular customer incoming

The food was decent. But didn't get what was advised. I was missing the sauce, the bread and drink. Super nice people though. The flakey desert they sold was also too buttery and dense.
