This lil ceasers is the most unprofessional and the worst one in state Virginia. My wife and I ordered pizza tonight and it was for Drive Thru it took them damn near 50 minutes after our pizza quoted time of being done, to give us our pizza. Then it was two workers, the Caucasian young lady and I quote said: “Everything is f’d up.” If we could give them zero stars that still wouldn’t be enough.

I've been here quite a few times since relocating to this area.. Delivery, pick up and drive through. My pizzas are always ready, Hot and fresh..lol.The location is small. The parking lot is even smaller. So drive thru is always my best option. I went in the last time, to kill time, and waited for my pizzas. The woman at the counter was very nice to me, as well as everyone else who came in. She has a very pleasant disposition/counter etiquette. Even while taking phone orders, she never sounded exhausted. Like she was bothered you called? Her voice was patient and understanding. It might not mean much to others. But to me, those sorts of things count. Especially when, deciding to patronize an establishment.Parking: The location is small. And the parking lot is even smaller.I'd suggest the drive thru option for pick up.

Remember the two pizzas on the card board sheet with the big paper cover over it. Took up mom's whole back dang near. I remember. I still love it, with crazy bread extra Sloppy.
Same as everyone else’s. Never have pizzas ready. They’ll tell you they’ll bring it out to you in 10 mins and it takes 40+. My son loves their pizza and it’s a convenient location but after time and time of this same thing. We are done going here.

I was asked to wait outside for 30 minutes when I had come to pick up my food from the drive-thru and they forgot my order. I wonder if they would not forget my order if the employees were not standing out front smoking weed.

These people are charging $10.99 for a regular thin crust pepperoni pizza and everyone else that owns a little Caesars pizza charges $8.98.I cannot believe that these people can rightfully charge that much money for a thin crust pepperoni pizza.. it's a rip off and I believe the money is going in someones pocket. This is ridiculous and the employees are rude
