This time around, our server was Melissa and she was just as great as my favorite, Justin. All of our food was great and we had no complaints whatsoever. It was a delightful experience for my bday and we enjoyed it all.Dietary restrictions: I didnt follow my dietary restrictions tonight, personal decision, since it was my bday so I indulged on the greatness. However, I have also eaten here in a dairy free and gluten free diet and our waitress that night was super accommodating.
Maggiano's Short Pump has been our go to place when we want some Italian goodness. Service and food have always been outstanding. We went last night for dinner. David was our server. He is fantastic, the best! Wish I could say that about our food. The Italian salad wasn't as fresh, mostly wilted. I ordered the Rigatoni Arribatta with chicken, it was awful. The pasta was rubbery and there was hardly any sauce and what was there was like paste. For a dish that should be a bit spicy it was bland no kick at all! My husband ordered Fra Diavlo with shrimp. He said it just wasn't the same. Prices on dinners have gone up considerably, I guess like everything else but geeze... it's pasta! $21.00 for a 9oz glass of my favorite wine. I can buy a bottle for nearly that much. Not sure what is going on. Don't mind paying for great food but this was not. Hope things aren't heading in the wrong direction. We love Maggiano's ?❤

First, we called ahead to add 1 person to our 6:30 reservation and the staff was able to accommodate that on a busy Saturday night. The server was attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly.The young men that helped bring the food out were so nice to my teenage sons.The food was terrific and the value was good.

Always love going to Maggianos and this was no exception. Our server was friendly and on top of things. If you go, ask to be put in David's section. He is great!! He went above and beyond for our small party. Made suggestions for our daughter and son-in-love, who are vegetarian, that they loved.The food was exceptional as always.

Food was delicious, best I've had from my last 3 visits! Service was slow. We think our server just kept forgetting the "small" details like plates for our family style meal and a second round of pasta that took 40 mins. She was friendly and knowledgeable, just not efficient. Family style is the only way to eat Maggianos. It's our favorite way to taste all our favorites.
Very nice atmosphere and staff, peach tea is always good. The entrees- I got the salmon and shrimp which was very flavorful and fresh. The pasta dish we got wasn’t up to par, slightly overcooked / rubbery and the sauce wasn’t delicious. For this price it should be cooked perfectly with a better flavor. Overall 4/5 experience. I’d come back to try more of the menu .
I’ll start with the fact that we had a party of 17 and we didn’t know until we got there it would be separate tables. The crab cakes definitely could’ve been better. Also got mussels the diavolo style, and they weren’t good enough for me to order again. For my entree I got the Branzino Crab Imperial which was really good! Our server Shaunase was great though.
