We went for Valentine's, had to have a reservation. We were sested fairly quick, but took well over an hour to get food. They don't seem to be equipped for big gatherings. The food was fine.

We had a Valentine's Day reservation and were immediately put off when we arrived and were told all reservations were delayed by at least an hour. The front of house staff was incredibly disorganized and not very personable. After waiting over an hour past our reservation time we were directed to someone to seat us and when we got to her, she said she was seating another party. I told her we were told to follow her and she just laughed and walked away leaving us awkwardly...

Oh my goodness!!! For starters this was my husband and I first time here at Maggiano's . There were seven adults and two kids under the age of twelve. Our waiter Ali... Over and beyond amazing! Myself and my BF/sister decided to celebrate our birthdays at Maggiano's. This was the Best decision. Not only was the entire staff and management were amazing... The tables where we were seated around... Friendly as well as if we all knew one another. We met so many people that...
