I just moved to downtown Richmond and had passed by Quirk a few times and it looked so cool inside, so I just HAD to stop by and check them out! Very grateful I did because I was treated with amazing service by Frances! She was knowledgeable about the menu and potential dietary substitutions. I had the pleasure of having Duke as my waiter. He was absolutely AMAZING! Not only did he have a welcoming smile, but he was well versed on the menu and every recommendation that he made was absolutely fabulous. I enjoyed the steak fettuccini, house Pinot and the banana foster for dessert. Everything was chefs kiss!
