The crew at the 7000 Forest Ave location is amazing! Great food, great service, both consistently whether we get takeout or delivery. It's the only Marcos we use because of the staff. They are the best!
We order almost weekly because Marcos has the best pizza for a delivery/chain pizza place and my kids love it. But the last several orders have been less than. The pizza crust is sometimes super thin and I ordered thick crust. The last 4 orders of breadsticks have been flat and hard when they arrive. The last one was like a cracker, and tonight’s order they forgot all 3 sauces I ordered. I’ve filled out the surveys and such but I have not ever rcvd any response. Please go...
Went to Marco's on Forest Ave Suite 1000 this past Friday, late night. I had a great experience at Marco’s Pizza thanks to Wayne. There was a mix-up with the pizza ingredients due to a miscommunication on both sides, but Wayne handled it professionally and with a great attitude. He immediately made it right by preparing an additional pizza at no extra charge. Excellent customer service and appreciation for taking care of the customer. Thanks again, Wayne!
