It's a dive bar. The menu is limited, but the food is good. We've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly & we've never had to wait very long to get waited on. Last time we were there the bartender had a great horror movie playlist on the TVs.
Stopped by because of all the drama that took place online, and wanted to see for myself what it was like. It was AWESOME!! The food was SO GOOD! Fish and chips were cooked to PERFECTION. I haven't had authentic fish and chips since I left England years ago, and this dish was just as good as the fish and chips I remember in England. Kudos to the cook. Best place on earth. Amazing bartenders who make a proper old fashioned. Welcoming to all besides chuds which just adds to the comfort you get when visiting. Keep in mind that most 1 star reviews left for this pub are from people who have never even been to the pub and are simply leaving bad reviews for the pubs left leaning political stance which in my opinion, caters to an underserved community and gives safe haven to those who often don’t feel welcome in other spaces.
