McCormick's Whiskey Bar in the fan is on point. I got the ribeye medium rare pictured, with rosemary potatoes and fried brussels, my fiancé got the smoked duck, everything cooked perfectly (duck especially), the steak is huge, nice char and seasoning. We sat the bar, our bartender Nick super knowledgeable and advised on some great Whiskey choices we ended up just doing the house old fashioned which was great as well. If you’re in Richmond and you don’t go here you’re the one missing out! Daniel and staff were awesome to hang out with and if you’re into “Old Fashion” drinks this place is the bomb!
The food and atmosphere are amazing here, but the real highlight are the bartenders. Their whiskey list is so long that it's almost impossible to really make a choice. So you talk to the bartender a bit and tell them what you like at home or in the past and they'll find a few good recommendations for you. They're all super friendly and fun to chat with (as long as they're not too busy)
