I have been coming to this location for the last 10 years but tonight’s service has made it the last. It was dinner rush so I expected to wait. Finally after all the cars behind me had I already left, I get the food. It was wrong. My bf went in and the associate he spoke with was using cuss words, arguing with him, and claimed he didn’t know what he had ordered. They didn’t fix my sandwich, just told him it was right. Argued about his sandwich, which is the current promotion (bacon buffalo ranch mccrispy), her words being “it’s either buffalo or ranch”. And when he explained about the signs she tells someone else to deal with him.

This is a beautiful location. Always clean, the ice cream machine works, and people often sit inside, and outside on the patio to enjoy their food. The drive through workers are always polite, and they get your order out quickly.

I have not personally eaten this garbage in over 10 years but I did pick up an order for someone today and it took over 15 minutes to get the order. Absolutely horrible service and very slow. No sense emergency.

Just had breakfast there this morning (10/10/25) and the older lady who took our order was totally rude, dismissive and got our order wrong. This was at inside counter. She was rude to both me and my husband. Couldn't believe it. She definitely shouldn't be dealing with customers without more training.

There was a time this location was one of the best McDonald's on Southside. Instead I pay for food that's completely old and I can tell it's been sitting because I know the policy off the back of my hand (manager) medium fries were more like happy meal fries. Hi-c is completely watered down so that means switch out the box... If you don't like your job than quit and have someone who actually wants to work take your spot. I wonder if this is one of bills stores hmm

Never got food. Ordered waited 45 minutes and still no food. I was told I needed to wait another 30 minutes to get my food. Sorry mcds is not a wait hour plus to get food.

Best McDonald's around I stop in at least twice a year when in area.
One of most clean, efficient and welcoming McDonald’s in the area. One of the best drive thru teams, quick and nice. Plus, they don’t usually make mistakes with orders. I don’t usually dine in but this location is also very pleasant to eat inside or at the tables outside as well. When we lost power we hung out there and the WiFi was so helpful.
