It's hard to rate a Mickey D's. I mean it's a fast food..how high on the scale do you want to go... honestly I haven't been to this one in a long time..however I will say it was clean, employees were friendly, helpful & the food was like McDonald's. My Quarter pounder was good not great. Warm but not hot. Same with the fries..my coke was very good. Got a combo. My wife got a chicken sandwich. $17.00. guess that's the going rate..I will go back...better than a few other Mac Outlets.

This McDonald's is an absolute joke. I came in and the cashier was on her phone. Another worker had to get her attention. She rushed me through my transaction. Didn't even give me a receipt so I would know the number of my order. I asked for 3 different condiments. When handed my bag by another old lady (which looked like a manager) I said I had asked for so and so condiments. She said ' um the ketchup is right there' then proceeds to only give me one of the other condiments I asked for so I had to ask for my 3rd condiment again. She said ' ok well it wasn't on there!' maybe if you would hire competent people there wouldn't be issues like this.

No staff to assist. A customer had brought us our food to the table because he saw it was sitting there for a while and we were the only two customers at that moment.

Sat at the drive thru for eternity and had to leave to avoid being late for work. I never reached the order menu. Please adopt Chick-fil-A's service skills and methods.

Always the nicest staff that goes out of their way to help customers and show kindness. A disabled person spilled his food by accident and a kind worker on her break ran over to help him. The staff replaced his fries. It is a really great crew here - makes you want to come back .

There’s this Spanish dude who works there,He was so kind and patient while helping me with the order.He even helped me with the language.Which is easier for me.I don’t know his name but he is a Spanish guy. I would definitely come to this McDonald’s.

This is McDonalds, expectations should not be high in the first place. With that being said, if you grew up with it, you know. I still love a good Big Mac; even if they are smaller.

I visit this location specifically after issues with a different location constantly making our orders wrong. For a long time I was very happy with this new location! My orders were being made correctly and everything was wrapped correctly, and I was so pleased! But for months now, it seems there is always at least 1 thing made wrong or missing. When I go inside to let them know, I never get an apology or see any concern. They ask what's wrong with the order, quickly take it and tell the workers to remake it. They keep their back to me and I feel like I am being an inconvenience to them. There was even an occassion where the worker said they didnt make it wrong and knew that put a topping on it when it was very clearly not on the sandwich. I am the one having to take time to check my order before I leave, then take it inside, then wait for the item to be remade which oftentimes (like tonight) takes 20-30 mins! Then I get a have a good night. I am so frustrated with placing an order that is very clear and my order not being made correctly and being treated as an inconvenience. A simple apology and acknowledgement that the order was made incorrectly would go such a long way. There is 1 manager at that location (not sure of his name) that is very pleasant and shows genuine care towards the customer. When he is working there is never an issue with my orders. Look, I know this is fast food, and I am not expecting 5 star quality, but I can't wrap my head around why it seems to be so difficult to make an order correctly. I have a job too, and spend my hard earned money a few times a month on fast food (usually McDonald's) and it shouldn't be too much to ask that a sandwich be made as ordered.

Still bad. My McCrispy was aptly named as it could have been a chicken nugget pounded flat. The manager was yelling at the back the whole time "I need more buns" as if there were a crisis. I got my table tent but then was called up to get my food, so which is it? I'm done with you Ronald.
