The staff at this Mcdonald’s have genuinely been there for me in some of my darkest times… so silly to say but hearing the kindness from the morning shift has turned my day around so many times and put a smile on my face. Everytime I hear them say “pull around baby” and they make me my gravy biscuit (which many locations in Richmond will not do despite having it listed on the mobile app) to order every single time. They now are recognizing my face and always call me by...

I tried the new Big Arch Burger. It was definitely big! There is a lot more meat than in a Big Mac. I regretted getting the medium fries with it instead of a small. I do like it has more protein, but it needed more sauce or something. It may be good with Big Mac Sauce.
