This was the worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had. The car in front of us waited so long for someone to greet them that they ultimately pulled out of line. We sat for a few minutes and after loudly saying hello someone finally asked for our order. We were then charged for the wrong order and sat at the payment window for a long time while they tried to figure out what to do about the mischarge. And then to top it all off, our food was absolutely disgusting. One burger had black chunks in it and was dripping oil. Another was so overcooked and dry it was inedible. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. We ended up tossing everything in the trash after a few bites. As a family who loves McDs, we couldn’t believe just how awful this location was.

The food was delicious. The worker was patient bypassed kiosk use for my cash. And the atmosphere was pleasant. Everyone was happy and content eating.

First and foremost: the staff is excellent - consistently, for years. Most of the folks have worked here for years and they seem to love their jobs. Considering where this is located and how much traffic it gets, it is very clean too.I dream of a morning when I drive up at 8:30 and get a hot, fresh biscuit with my sandwich, and the sandwich contents are also hot and fresh. Or a well-toasted muffin - previously 3/9 times - now more like 1/9 - muffins are toasted to deliciousness, the rest under toasted, barely warm tastelessness. It hasn’t happened in months. I usually only eat about half of my sandwich and then throw it away. The Diet Coke is almost always perfect though.Update: since this review, they got better, then worse, so I leave earlier and go to a different restaurant that does it right

It's a McDonald's. My advice with McDonald's is to stick to breakfast, because that is the stuff that is always consistently good. I used to get this regularly for breakfast while driving into VCU early in the morning and for that purpose, it's very good. Otherwise, you're not likely to enjoy all that much, to be honest.
The workers are deceitful with the prices, not clean, and the food is not good

First off the fries were cold. The syrup was out on the sprite so I received a large soda water. No dipping sauce for the nuggets. The double quarter pounder was a single burger patty with a single slice of cheese, shredded lettuce, and mayo added randomly. Management, I would highly recommend retraining your pm staff. I literally just threw $11 plus tax and fees in the trash.
