I asked for sweet tea at the front with the reason that the tea in the dining room is expired. It's 6:30 at night. The manager told the employee "how can the tea be expired" then came to me and said "it's not expired we make it every hour" and that was that. So either they do and don't bother uphold time stamps or don't uphold safety standards

i placed my order on the app 20 minutes in advance. it still wasn’t ready when i arrived. the employees were lazy, and they kept making jokes about drugs instead of doing any real work. they couldn’t be bothered to hand me my order once it was completed until the manager told them, “how hard is it to go ask this young lady about her meal? it’s not that difficult.” on top of that, they didn’t even get the order right. the burger was made wrong (which sucked) and they gave me an extra order of chicken nuggets (which, admittedly, did not suck and i was kinda happy about that, but i still technically didn’t order it.) it’s also too close for comfort to where my guy best friend lives. which isn’t a complaint against the mcdonald’s itself. i’m literally just adding this on because he be stalking me there sometimes. if he sees this, you know who you are. you still owe me tacos.
