This particular location is a breath of fresh air. I enjoy the atmosphere, I get a bit of work done, and then I go back to my usual work day. Even the drink section is Christine. There's a whole vibe here, and I love it. Here should get a raise and a promotion, and please just throw in stock options while you're at it. They're definitely with the investment. 😊

Grabbed a quick bowl for a business trip on the road and ended up getting food poisoned. Need to do a better job with food quality control. However, flavors were decent with good service and sleek interior.

Hands down one of our favorite fast casual restaurants. Fresh, delicious ingredients. Think a Chipotle style for building bowls and wraps, but with extensive choices of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavors. Want multiple styles of hummus? Roasted eggplant? Chicken Kabob or Chicken Shawarma? Maybe lamb? A dozen sauces. This is a must stop.
I tried to place an order through the app, but since it fails ADA accessibility standards, I was unable to read some of the instructions. I was out of town ordering food for my family, and I clicked 'pickup' instead of 'delivery'. I immediately tried to call the store, but I couldn't speak with anyone and only received an automated message. It told me to click the 'Cancel Order' link in my email, but there was no cancel option in my email.
I sent a message through corporate and never received a response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and reporting them to the accessibility compliance board. Having an app that people cannot read is the same as not having a wheelchair ramp at your location, and you can be held liable for legal action.

Mezeh has never been my first go-to place for a meal, but the flavor and the friendly, genuine staff at this location definitely make me want to come back again.

My order was ready 20 minutes after the app said it would be ready. There were NO parking spots available, forcing one to go across the street to park in the Walmart parking lot. And there is no sign on the store (!) so when you get there, you feel like either your lost, or the business has closed down, cuz they don't have a sign out front - just a blank brick wall.
Good lunch or dinner spot.
