Great local spot! The DEVIL'S MESS was flavorful..I especially liked the spicy sausage. The house potatoes were perfectly flavored. My bride really enjoyed her BLT. The service was top notch ~ our server Chelsea was super helpful, guiding us with both food selection and providing us a curated list of what to do in Richmond!! There's a reason Millie's has been here 35 years!
