We've been going here for about 5 years. To be clear, the food is the best Thai food you'll find in the city which is why we consistently eat here. The 3 stars however, is for the service. It is a known problem that every time we come here, the service will be both slow and incorrect. In the 15+ times we have eaten here, every single time we have sat down in the restaurant, a drink has not arrived, food came out of order, our table was forgotten, or we received next...
Their pad thai is easily one of the best I’ve had. The combination of tender chicken, plump shrimp, and silky noodles is spot on. I also tried the calamari, and wow—crispy, golden, and not greasy at all. Everything was elevated by their rich and refreshing Thai iced tea, which balanced the flavors beautifully.
I love Thai food and I'm from New York City.
